توضيح بخصوص قانون سير المركبات الفردية والزوجية
يتم قياس المركبات بحسب اخر رقم في لوحة السيارة
اذا كان رقم اللوحة ينتهي بـ1.3.5.7.9 يصرح للمركبة السير في الأيام الفردية
اما اذا كان رقم اللولحة ينتهي بـ2.4.6.8 يصرح للمركبة بالسير في الأيام الفردية، ويعتبر الصفر 0 من الأرقام الزوجية بحسب القانون
ويتم تطبيق القانون بحسب أيام الشهر اذا كان يوم الشهر مثلا 1 او 15 او 27 يعتبر اليوم للسيارات الفردية، أما اذا كان اليوم من الأرقام الزوجية مثلا 2 او 12 او 22 يعتبر اليوم للسيارات الزوجية
